Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 06/2026

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments increased by a year-over-year 4.5% in Catalonia in June 2026 and stood at 139.60 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Barcelona, Costa Brava and Costa Daurada showed the highest values (210.79 euros, 109.15 euros and 106.52 euros, respectively), with positive variation rates of 1.8%, 10.0% and 6.7%, respectively.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) increased by 3.8% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 106.81 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
