Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 07/2026

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments increased by a year-over-year 6.1% in Catalonia in July 2026 and stood at 149.47 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Barcelona, Costa Brava and Costa Daurada showed the highest values (182.99 euros, 147.78 euros and 139.55 euros, respectively), with positive variation rates of 2.2%, 14.3% and 2.3%, respectively.

On the other hand, revenue per available room (RevPar) increased by 7.9% compared with the same month of the previous year and stood at 122.39 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
