Large Store Sales Index. 07/2026

The Large Store Sales Index of Catalonia at constant prices decreased by 1.6% in July 2026 compared to the same month in 2025 in the seasonally and calendar adjusted series. By product group, the year-over-year decrease was caused by the drop in food sales (−2.4%), as the sales of the rest of products rose by 0.2%. Compared to June, the general index decreased by 0.6%.

The original series of the general index at constant prices decreased by 0.3% in July compared to a year ago and increased by 2.2% at current prices.
