Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 09/2026

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments increased by a year-over-year 5.9% in Catalonia in September 2026 and stood at 135.27 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Barcelona, Paisatges Barcelona and Costa Brava showed the highest values (205.66 euros, 112.12 euros and 107.87 euros, respectively), with positive variation rates of 6.7%, 13.9% and 8.3%, respectively.

On the other hand, revenue per available room (RevPar) increased by 7.4% compared with the same month of the previous year and stood at 107.69 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
