Industrial Products Survey. 2025

The value of domestically produced industrial product sales in Catalonia was 125,541 million euros in 2025, according to provisional data from the Industrial Products Survey.

By economic division, the two with the highest sales were food products, with 29,692 million euros (representing 23.7% of total sold production), and chemical products, with 16,402 million euros (13.1% of the total).

As a novelty, in 2025 data are disseminated at the CCAE-25 economic activity class level. The classes with the highest sales value were manufacture of motor vehicles, with 9,322 million euros (7.4% of total sold production), and slaughtering of livestock and meat preservation, with a sold production of 7,124 million euros (5.7% of the total).

All data provided are at current prices.

It should be borne in mind that, as of 2025, the data from the Industrial Products Survey are obtained by applying the PRODCOM-EIP list, based on the NACE Rev. 2.1 classification, which is compatible with the new CCAE-25 classification. Therefore, a break in series occurs that does not allow data for 2025 to be compared with those of previous years. Idescat also publishes the data for 2024 on a final basis, according to the old classification.
