Consumer Price Index. 12/2022

The Consumer Price Index (CPI), base 2021=100, increased by 5.2% in year-over-year terms in Catalonia in December 2022. The groups with the highest inflation have been Food and non-alcoholic beverages (13.4%) and Household goods (8.5%). The groups with a negative variation rate have been Housing (−2.5%), Communications (−1.9%) and Education (−0.1%).
